By using our website or engaging with us for products or samples, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Greener Leather Co. is a B2B manufacturer and supplier of agri-based sustainable leather materials — including pineapple leaf, banana stem, sugarcane, tomato, mango and mixed-agri leather — sold in sheets, rolls, custom-cut formats and finished goods. Our products are supplied to businesses (fashion, footwear, automotive, furniture, corporate and export/trading clients) subject to the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) listed against each product.
Submitting a sample request or enquiry form does not constitute a binding order. Sample kits, spec sheets and pricing are shared at our discretion and are intended to help you evaluate our materials before placing a bulk order. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Prices listed on our website (e.g. ₹ per sq.m) are indicative starting prices and may vary based on order volume, customisation, finish, certification requirements and prevailing raw material costs. Final pricing, MOQ and lead times are confirmed in writing (quotation or invoice) before an order is considered accepted. We reserve the right to revise listed prices at any time without prior notice.
Thickness, width, biodegradability percentage and other specifications listed are typical values for each product line and may vary within stated tolerances due to the natural, agri-based origin of our materials. Certification status (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, REACH, USDA BioPreferred) is as stated at the time of publishing and may be in-progress for certain product lines; current certification status will be confirmed at the time of order.

While we test our materials to ISO standards and maintain strict quality control, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our materials in your end products, except where required by applicable law. Buyers are responsible for confirming suitability of our materials for their specific application prior to bulk order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website/products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
